FAQ

Does the timer keep running if I switch tabs?
Yes. It uses wall-clock timestamps, so background throttling only affects the display refresh, not accuracy.
Is my duration saved?
The last duration you set is stored in localStorage under tinytools:focus:countdown-timer and restored on reload.
What happens at zero?
A three-note chime plays (if sound is on) and the display flashes 0:00. Press Reset to run it again.
