FAQ
- Are my audio files uploaded to a server?
- No. Merging runs entirely in your browser with the Web Audio API. Your files never leave your device.
- What order will the audio play in?
- Files merge top-to-bottom in the list order shown. Drag files (or use the up/down buttons on mobile) to reorder before merging.
- What formats are supported?
- MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A, AAC, FLAC, and WebM audio — anything your browser can decode. Files with different sample rates or channel counts are normalized automatically.
- What format is the merged file?
- WAV (16-bit PCM). WAV keeps full quality without needing a heavy encoder download. Convert it to MP3 afterwards if you need a smaller file.
- Is there a size limit?
- Yes: 100 MB total per merge, with a warning above 25 MB. Files longer than 30 minutes are rejected to protect browser memory.
